Lil Wayne has not only stomped on the American flag, he's now said F you to Uncle Sam, because we've learned he hasn't paid his taxes -- TO THE TUNE OF MORE THAN 12 MILLION BUCKS!

According to a tax lien -- obtained by TMZ -- Weezy failed to pay taxes for 2011 and 2012.  For 2011 he owes a staggering $5,843,952.  And for the following year, even worse -- $6,311,132.

Wayne has had his financial issues.   He owed $7 mil for back taxes in 2008 - 9, but he cleared the debt in 2012.

He's also had legal issues.  In 2012 ... Wayne famously lost a case against Quincy Jones' son after thumbing his nose at the court.  A jury socked Wayne for $2.2 mil.

Wayne is reportedly worth $135 MILLION.

As Weezy says, "You got money and you know it.  Take it out your pocket and show it and throw it."

 Nigerian footballer and Super Eagles star, Mikel Obi, has made his Nollywood debut in grand style, starring in a movie alongside star actress Genevieve Nnaji.

Weeks after photos surfaced online showing Obi and Nnaji hopping onto a jet in South Africa, reps have confirmed that Mikel was actually in SA starring in an inspirational new movie alongside Genny.

The new movie is titled ‘The Journey’, and is sponsored by Amstel Malta.

According to producers, ‘The Journey’ is centred around the superstars’ journey to success: how they started out, the story of their challenges and the glory of where they are now.

The movie will premiere at the Africa Magic Viewers’ Choice Awards on March 8, 2013.. see more below

Leonardo DiCaprio and Chiwetel Ejiofor both lost out at in the ‘Best Actor In A Leading Role’ at the Oscars 2014

Despite ‘12 Years of a Slave‘ winning three awards including the highly placed ‘Best Picture‘ at the Academy Awards aka the Oscars this year, lead actor Chiwetel Ejiofor failed to grab the ‘Best Actor in a Leading Role‘ award.

The category which also fielded another favourite Leonardo DiCaprio (who had an outstanding lead role in the movie ‘The Wolf of Wall Street) was won by US actor Matthew McConaughey for his role in the biographical drama film Dallas Buyers Club.

The biggest winner of the night however was British-American 3D science-fiction thriller ‘Gravity‘. The movie which stars Sandra Bullock and George Clooney won seven awards on the night including ‘Best Directing‘ by Alfonso Cuarón.

Another big winner of the night was ‘12 yeas of a Slave‘ actress Lupita Nyong’o. The Kenyan star who was tipped to win the Oscar, ousted favourites Julia Roberts and Jennifer Lawrence to clinch the award for ’Best Actress In A Supporting Role‘.

Nollywood actor, Emeka Ike, has changed his stance from calm to hot as he recently declared that he will be suing his landlord for N2 billion.

While speaking to Vanguard’s HVP, the embattled actor said he will be seeking N2 billion as compensation, while also adding  that he has relocated his school, St Nicholas, from the disputed Magodo land to somewhere on the Island.
The Actor, a one-time AGN Presidential aspirant, has been involved in a messy house-rent fight with his landlord, with the latter accusing him of owing him N8.5 million in rent.

Nollywood Actor, Emeka Ike has been sued by his landlord who is accusing him of owing N8.5million rent which accumulated over a 3-year period of non-payment.
The landlord, Samuel Akintan, is alleging that the actor owes him and has refused to vacate his property, in spite of many attempts to eject him from the twin-duplex located in Magodo, Lagos State, since his lease expired in 2012....see more

Judge adjourns Brymo and Chocolate City case as both parties clash in court

Brymo is in court with Audu Maikori’s Chocolate City following alleged contract infringement.

The ongoing legal battle between Chocolate City and Brymo is set to continue as the case has been adjourned to a later date.
At a sitting yesterday at the Federal High Court in Lagos, the presiding judge, Justice Buba I.N was forced to adjourn the hearing after counsels from both parties clashed in the courtroom. The session started by 11:14 a.m and ended by 1:00 p.m.....see more

QuestionMark Entertainment boss, Kelvin Luciano, has filed a N20m suit against KCEE’s Five Star Music.
The suit was filed against singer Harrysong for allegedly evading his contract with QuestionMark, and against Five Star Music for entering into a new contract with Harry Song despite knowing that he was yet to serve out his contract with his former label.
According to a statement signed by Luciano, ’QuestionMark Entertainment was into separate exclusive music recording, artist management and music publishing contracts with HarrySong in 2009. The obligations of parties to the said contracts have neither lapsed nor have they been fulfilled.’.....see more below

Oscar Pistorius was looking at porn websites on his phone the night Reeva died

It's been revealed that Oscar Pistorius was watching pornography on his mobile phone the night he shot and killed his girlfriend, Reeva Steenkamp. Local media reports that based on the court papers that leaked from the investigation, data from his phone showed that the murder suspect visited the porn sites on his phone while Reeva was at his home. Prosecutors wonder why a man who claims 'he was spending quality time with his girlfriend on Valentine's Day' would be on several porn sites while she's with him.
